The Seals Den is a place where I and many students go to learn activties of daily living. These activities include folding clothes, making beds, cooking etc. The staff who run the Seals Den are Mr. Hess and Sandy Graefe. In the Seals Den you get to play the real game where you get to see first hand how daily life will be; how much free time you have for lesure activities, how much time it takes to get to and back from work. I believe this will be a great help for people who are a little scared to live on their own.
