Mrs.
Thompson
Mrs. Thompson has attended several different colleges, she has attended Oberlin
College, and M.B. Johnson School of Nursing, both of these schools she majored
in Nursing. She attended Susquehanna University where she double majored in Psychology
and Sociology. At Bucknell University she majored in Educational Counseling.
The last college on Mrs. Thompson's extensive list is Eastern College, where
she obtained School Nurse Certification.
Mrs. Thompson has an R.N.C (Registered Nurse Board Certified) in Psychiatry.
She has a B.A. (Bachelors Associate) in Psychology and Sociology. She has
also received two Masters Degrees in Education, one with and emphasis on
Counseling, and the other with an emphasis on School Nursing.
Mrs. Thompson had always wanted to be a nurse. Later as a nurse, she was
director of the Health Center at Susquehanna University and was given the
opportunity to attend college there. She obtained her B.A. at Susquehanna
and then thought about becoming a Social Worker or a Guidance Counselor.
She enjoys being with High School Students and finally made the decision
to attend Bucknell for her Masters.
Mrs. Thompson has always looked to the future and because she was already
a nurse, she decided to obtain School Nurse Certification so that she had
two areas of Certification within the public school system.
