Introduction To Special Education...

       The major focus of this class will be as peer helpers for the Life Skills Support students to replace the peer helper program. They work with the Life Skills Support students and keep track of what they do and their reactions to it in a journal.

       Class size will have to be limited to four students per block to assure enough LSS students to work with.

       Lectures and quizzes will be during resource period and will cover information on Mental Retardation, Learning Disabilities, Emotionally Disturbed, and Autism.
