Bekah Newhart (Hughesville) defeated Laura Winger, 7-6 (7-0), 6-4

Laura improved upon her previous score against Newhart by forcing a first set tiebreak and making it to 6-4 in the second set. Newhart continued on in the tournament by beating the #1 and #5 seeds. However, Laura won more games against Newhart than the two seeds combined.

Megan Roush-Kristen Kling (Loyalsock) defeated Corie Beeler-Cristi Beeler, 10-8

First Round

Jessi Haas-Erica Logan (Montoursville) defeated Laura Winger-Emilee Naugle, 10-8.

Due to the tournament being postponed on two different occasions, everyone played a 10 game pro set in order to finish the tournament in one day. Corie and Cristi Beeler played in the preliminary round and lost a close match to Loyalsock. Laura and Emilee played in the first round of the tournament and also lost by a score of 10-8.

Emilee and Laura played their last high school match together at Districts.
