Fourth Grade

Science/Health

Students will use the scientific approach to draw conclusions from teacher-facilitated demonstrations and experiments. They will study units on Animals (classification and behavior), Water on Earth (natural resources and effects of water pollution), Planets and the Earth, Sun and Moon. Lessons on fire safety, bus safety, drug prevention, and communicable diseases are also included in the fourth grade Science program.
