Each evening students and parents are able to call the fifth grade homework hotline to check on their assignments for that day. The assignments are updated each day by 4:00 pm. You may access the hotline by calling 372-2270. At the prompt you will need to select option 8 and then press 4. This extension is for sections 5-7 and 5-8. The assignments for the day from Ms. Herrold and Mr. Benshoff are reviewed.This is a great way for parents to keep in touch with their child's assignments and to check to make sure that the work is completed each evening. It is a valuable tool in keeping the lines of communication open between the school and the home.

A second option that students and parents have is to receive an e-mail listing the homework. This e-mail is sent out each evening to those parents who request it. The e-mail is usually sent by 3:45 pm. If you are not on the e-mail list and would like to be included, please e-mail Mr. Benshoff and ask to be placed on the list.
