  Health Screening Program

                                The following screenings are performed each school year:

                                            1. Height, weight and BMI measurements.

                                            2. Vision screening- near and far

                                            3. Hearing screening for third grade students

                                   * Referrals for further evaluation are made when abnormal findings are discovered
