Notification of PTSO Proposed Bylaws Amendment
The PTSO Executive Committee would like to propose an amendment of the bylaws to the following:
Article IV – Officers and their Election to strike “the terms of office or consecutive years one might serve as an officer of the organization” due to yearly open elections for office.
Article V – Duties of the Officers to strike “The Administrators name from the Organization’s member school as well as the name of the Treasurer shall appear on the account signature cards record in the bank” and amend it to include “All Executive Officers shall appear on the account signature cards record in the back. All checks issued will require two signatures.”
We will be voting on this change May 3rd at 7 pm. Please email Deborah Shaffer, PTSO President, at firstname.lastname@example.org for a copy of our current bylaws.
